Information: Official Adidas Spain third football shirt from 2002/03, as worn by ‘La Roja’ when they reached the quarter-finals of the FIFA World Cup in 2002, losing on penalties to tournament co-hosts South Korea. The reverse of the shirt boasts the nameset of striker, Fernando Morientes, who represented his country 47 times across a nine year period, scoring 27 goals. Asian market issue, so has internal wash labels for the region. A fantastic vintage jersey, ideal for a collection of your own or the perfect gift for any football fan.
Teammates: Including Casillas, Hierro, Xavi, Puyol, Raul & Baraja.
Condition: Excellent. Superb colours, material is smooth and bobble free, no marks or stains. There are three small snags on the mesh flank sections (see photos), only visible on close inspection. Embroidered manufacturer logo and team badge are excellent, player nameset is as new. Collar, sleeves and hem in fabulous condition. A lovely shirt.
