30-Day Returns

Shop with confidence at Football Finery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.

How to return an item

  • Return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Please leave any original tags attached where applicable.
  • Email returns@footballfinery.co.uk to request a return authorisation before posting your item.

Return postage

  • If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, return postage costs are your responsibility.
  • If we've made an error or your item isn't as described, we'll reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service. We find Royal Mail Tracked 48 is cost-effective and reliable, but you're welcome to use a provider of your choice.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit where valid tracking has not been provided.

Returning from outside the UK?

  • Clearly mark your parcel as "Returned Goods" on all customs documentation.
  • Customs paperwork should state that the contents are a returned purchase and not a new sale.
  • This helps prevent UK import VAT, customs duties and clearance charges being applied.
  • If a parcel is incorrectly declared and additional customs charges become payable, we may refuse delivery and the parcel may be returned to you.
  • Any additional shipping or return-to-sender costs resulting from incorrect customs declarations remain the customer's responsibility.

When will I receive my refund?

  • We'll inspect your return once it arrives.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your return. Once processed, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Where applicable, original postage costs will also be refunded.
  • Football Finery reserves the right to make reasonable deductions where returned items have been damaged, worn, cleaned or otherwise altered beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
