EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are an EU customer and wish to withdraw from your online purchase, you can use this page to exercise your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, also known as the cooling-off period. Simply complete the form below and we'll guide you through the next steps. This does not affect Football Finery's normal 30-day returns policy, which remains available to all customers.
What information to include
Please include the following information in the form:
- Your order number.
- The product(s) you wish to withdraw.
- Your name and email address, if different from those entered above.
You do not need to provide a reason for exercising your right of withdrawal, although you are welcome to do so if you wish.
Submit your withdrawal request
What happens next?
- We'll acknowledge your withdrawal request and email you instructions for returning your item.
- Please return your item in the same condition it was received, with any original tags still attached where applicable.
- We highly recommend using a tracked delivery service - refunds cannot be issued for untracked items lost in the post.
- If you're returning your item from outside the UK, please clearly mark your parcel as "Returned Goods" on all customs documentation. This helps prevent unnecessary UK import VAT, customs duties and clearance charges.
- Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 2 business days. Your payment provider may then take a few additional business days to return the funds to your account.
