Information: Official Umbro Scotland U16 match prepared long sleeve goalkeeper football shirt from 1988/89, an iconic design worn by ‘The Tartan Army’ when they reached the 1989 FIFA U16 World Championships Final, where Craig Brown's youngsters fell agonisingly short of winning the tournament, losing to Saudi Arabia 5-4 on penalties after a thrilling 2-2 draw. The epic final was played in front of a crown of over 58,000 at Hampden Park. James Will, the Arsenal youngster, was the Scottish keeper for the tournament. A fantastic vintage jersey, ideal for a collection of your own or the perfect gift for any football fan.

Condition: Excellent. Superb colours, material is smooth with a few bobbles, no pulls, tears or holes. Embroidered manufacturer logo and team badge are excellent. Printed player number to reverse is heavily worn. Collar, padded sleeves and hem are in fabulous condition.
